It's the season to get together and do nothing much of an evening. And so it was that the Khul Khal Ramadan tent aboard the Maxim boat in Zamalek saw people - may of them quite pretty - come round and do just that. They ate, they drank festive drinks and they were as merry as you can be given the nature of the month.
